J. M. James, EA, MBA, CFP
Managing Director, Principal
J. M. James is the third generation to have run a small business in the town of Freeport. He has a B.A. in History and an MBA from Brandeis University. J. M. James specializes in all aspects of tax and business planning. He handles individual, corporate, partnership, estate, and trust work. He also offers counsel on business formation, benefits, elder care issues, and college and retirement planning. J.M. James currently resides in Freeport with his wife and three children.
C. E. Harvey, CPA, JD
Partner
C. E. Harvey CPA is a graduate of University of Maine, with degrees in Accounting and Law. Has 25 years of tax, and 15 years of accounting/audit experience. He is proficient in the preparation of individual, corporate, partnership/LLC, gift, estate, and non-profit tax returns. He consults on tax, business formation, social security, retirement, QuickBooks and education issues. He also represents client interests in IRS and State of Maine audits. C.E. Harvey has four children and two Labs. He enjoys spending time with his family and travelling.
